no alligators...this time

When I first went jogging around Tobico Marsh, last spring, it reminded me a lot of jogging around Payne's Prairie outside of Gainesville. But this is Michigan, not Florida, and despite the reeds and duckweed I had to remind myself that there were no alligators to mess with.

This morning, Tobico marsh looked nothing like Florida.

I even skied there for this shadow portrait.

sell out

I shot and toned an image for a magazine cover in our poorly equipped studio and I like the end result. It is not especially photojournalistic, but maybe they'll hire me at Cosmo to tone up the covers. Yes, she is standing in front of a radiator.

Wenonah

There are no women's voices which is a shame, but I tried.
