Growing up we paddled or rafted all over the Southeast on river like the Locust Fork, Nantahala, Chattooga and Ocoee (above). I learned to whitewater canoe and almost got good at it. When I left for college my brother and father got even more into it. After a recent trip on the Merrimack I decided it was time to renew my interest. I even drove to Alabama for a boat.
